Yes, you can buy toys as a guest without creating an account. Creating an account, however, lets you save shipping info, track orders, and access special offers.

To return an item, follow the instructions in your order confirmation email. Include a copy of your order invoice and make sure the toy is in its original condition. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with the order. 

Yes, you can exchange a toy for a different size or color. Please contact our Customer Support team for help.
